Coach Tighe Academy – Term 4 Registrations Now Open!

The Coach Tighe Academy is back for Term 4, offering an elite training environment for motivated athletes born 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.

Join us on Wednesday mornings from 6:30 AM for an 8-week program starting October 22. Each session is designed to help athletes take their game to the next level with a focus on:

• Goal Setting – build a winning mindset and track progress

• Strength & Conditioning – improve athleticism and reduce injury risk

• Skills Development – sharpen basketball fundamentals

  advanced techniques

• Nutrition & Recovery – learn how to fuel and care for your body

• And much more!

This is a unique opportunity to train in a high-performance environment and set yourself up for a big season ahead.
